Pushing, Pulling, Sitting Up and Running Around

3 Men joined me for pushing, pulling and abs, here’s how it went.

Warmup:

SSH x 20 IC

Windmill x 10 IC

Grandma Mater’s x 10 IC

Downdog calf stretch

The Thang:

Over to the parking lot entrance:

PUSH: 25 Merkins then run Little Baby Hill then 20 LBC’s IC.  Back down LBH for 4 rounds total.

Next, mosey back to the playground

PULL: 10 Pullups followed by 20 flutter kicks IC, for 4 rounds.

Moleskin:

Great group as always.  The rain changed my plans a little but everyone got a good workout and worked hard.  Thank you for giving me the chance to lead!
