The Thang:
Over to the parking lot entrance:
PUSH: 25 Merkins then run Little Baby Hill then 20 LBC’s IC. Back down LBH for 4 rounds total.
Next, mosey back to the playground
PULL: 10 Pullups followed by 20 flutter kicks IC, for 4 rounds.
