After last week's IR fiasco, YHC finnaly got the chance to Q again at #The MIghtyOak and 11 gloom warriors posted to see what the fuss was all about.  Either that or they were trying to avoid running and burpees promised at #MadSci.  Don't worry, we did our share of both.

NMS:

  • ~1.5 miles of running and 30 burpees (plus the exercises) is a great way to start a Wednesday!
  • Great to see Roadie back in the gloom twice in one week.  Glad to see the foot holding up, YHC felt bad about all the running
  • Frontier mentioned he may have been persuaded to post at TMO based on MadSci preblast of running parking decks and burpees. YHC immediately called for 5 burpees to make him feel at home
  • PopTart and Tuffy way out in front today,  PopTart even claimed to have done some of the merkins (*unconfirmed)
  • Kosar starting to get back into it. Great to have you back brother
