NMS:
- ~1.5 miles of running and 30 burpees (plus the exercises) is a great way to start a Wednesday!
- Great to see Roadie back in the gloom twice in one week. Glad to see the foot holding up, YHC felt bad about all the running
- Frontier mentioned he may have been persuaded to post at TMO based on MadSci preblast of running parking decks and burpees. YHC immediately called for 5 burpees to make him feel at home
- PopTart and Tuffy way out in front today, PopTart even claimed to have done some of the merkins (*unconfirmed)
