Q fail some random it is

Ok ok. Q is very late. In my defense, I told you it would get done. It got done. 
 
We had 12 guys at Mustang working on some random numbers (could not tag cabbage) or a Mulligan who hurt himself before the work out, and 7 guys running various miles at the White Water Center. 
 
 4 miles-Dutch after posting at Mustang
 9 miles-Clubber, C#, Ziplock 
 13 miles-Skipper, Vortex, Abrams
 

Mustang went like this

Mosey to the back of the school the long way

Grab blocks and mosey to the top in front of the gym
 
 
Q fail. Q left his props at home some we had a little improve. Q found a random number generator app and set it for 0-30. Going around the circle, PAX calls out an exercise and Q hits the random number generator.

Reflection:

Leaving politics out of it. With our new president coming into office, there is a lot of uncertainty, doubt and fear. Ihave faith that God has a purpose and plan for all of us. We just have to have faith and be willing to listen. Knowing he has a plan for us should give us hope for a better tomorrow. Things happen for reasons that we do not and can not comprehend but remember God has a plan. 

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Romans 15:13

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Pray for our nation as it seems to be uneasy. Pray for hope that tomorrow and the next day and the next day will all be good days. Most of all pray for Gods plan for you.
