5.25 Miles on a modified reverse 4banger loop. We saw the 4 banger crew, Emmaus, and heard the shouts of the General – just missed them going around Westmoreland Park.
Very fast this morning as everyone was under 8 minute pace and YHC held down the 6, barely.
