Qbert Shines in Muscle Confusion Beatdown with 50 LBS KB


11 strong gathered in the gloomfor a kettle bell beatdown at Discovery Place Kids (Huntersville).  Note to self: if the Q forgets his on kettlebell, The Force probably has an extra that he will loan.  Got to applaud that.  

The Thang:

Warm-a-roma

THEN, 6 minute sof Mary (heard through grapevine that doing Mary first intensifies the rest fo the WO – so tested, and approved).

Main Event:

Pull-ups x 10

Merican x 20

KB Curl x 20

KB Skull Crush x 20

KB Shoulder Press x 20

Run around aimlessly through parking deck at various intervals.  Repeato x 5.

Wait, we're not done – Pull ups x 10 to finish off deck work

KB Squat-to-Press x 1 minute

T-Claps to a strong effort by all.  Honor to lead such great men.  Must note that Qbert uses a 50 lbs KB, and is one sure way to intensify the beatdown – not sure how he pulls it off.  Also, great word  shared by The Force as we approach the holiday season, and more great wisdom offered by Bunyan.
