PAX gathered to enjoy the best weather in some time. The cool breeze turned plans for a hot kitchen experience with Ginzu into a walk in the park!

Warm-up:      Mosey high knees, butt kicks, left & right side and backward. 25 SSH (IC),  25 IST,  15 Mericans (IC), 20 Cotton Pickin’ Cherry Pickers, 15 Squats.  Run to the front ‘park’ and back.

The Thang:

With a partner, ‘flap jack’ until the exercises are complete.  

  • One partner at a pain station:
    • 100 Mericans
    • 300 LBC’S 
    • 200 CDD’s
  • One partner runs the parking lot, w/ burpees @ turns (1-2-3)

Power 9’s  (9 wide arm Merkins, 8 regular Merkins, 7 diamond Merkins, 6 wide arm Merkins, 5 regular Merkins, 4 diamond Merkins, 3 wide arm Merkins, 2 regular Merkins, and 1 diamond Merkin).  

Run to Front ‘Park’ and back

Such a beautiful morning – almost chilly!

FNG was Andy Howland, who lives in the Quarry Hood (Riverbend), referees ice hockey, learned the benefit of gloves early in the workout and whose wife is a FIA alum who encouraged him come to out and post. Welcome Andy!

Oktoberfest chose the workout – with running!

Men left armed (well, tired arms anyway) – ready for Saturday chores.
