Omega let Titan know he was up first since Titan picked the AO in Omega backyard
Titan made sure to do The Pledge, a crowd favorite
Both Titan and Omega helped PAX with lights for Rocks trying to pick up some points
Titan crushed the PAX legs with bring sally up/ bring Sally down rock squat, not leaving much left in legs knowing Omega would run the PAX, so Omega attempted to smash Titan's phone with his rock
Omega wore a weighted vest to attept to even up the weight class for competition
Titan worked hard to throw off Omega when he was calling exercises and calling cadence etc
Omega had a final four basketball theme with suicides and Carolina Drydocks (UNC Chapel Hill), Bobby Hurley (Duke), Wildcat walk (Villanova), Jayhawk walk (Kansas)
Omega ended with smashing a Titan hotwheels car with his kettlebell!
