Started out with a gloomy warmup as pax walked up from their parking spots.
Warm up :

12 Slow Windmills
The Thang:
Had PAX mosey over to the stairs and did some stadium stairs to the top with a jump squat at the bottom. Increase your Jump squat by one and repeat all the way up to 12 jump squats and then pyramid back down.
Moseyed down to the Hill by the Gymnasium to perform
1 Carolina Dry dock
Run up the hill
Perform 10 jump lunges
run back down
Repeat until you reach
10 Dry docks
and 1 jump lunges.
Mosey over to the Hill
2 rounds :
Run up and do a Burpee run back down
Backward step up Two WW2s
Side Step up, 3 get ups run back down

Very little mumble chatter today and the rain just started affter 6:15
