The rain snuck us so last minute change for to a weight session in Q's garage. All three garage doors open, window open and floor fan pushing some air for safety precautions. Both of us fully vaccinated as well. Chest and tricep workout. Good solid session this morning. 3-4 sets for each round. 

1. Bench press – Olympic bar and plates / Skull crushers with kettle bell

2. Incline fly's with dumbells / Skull crushers – wide grip with 45 pound plate

3. Close grip bench press – Olympic bar and plates / dips with 45 pound plate on legs

6 in a row for Pinky. Solid.
