Pick a Partner for DORA
· Partner A runs to the dumpsters and back, Partner B does the exercise, when partner A gets back, they switch
· Cycle 1: 100 V-ups (after each 15, 3 broad-jump burpees)
· Cycle 1: 200 hand-release merkins (after each 15, 3 broad-jump burpees)
· When done, circled up for Mary
· Quick 5 minutes of Pain Lab
· Moseyed back to the Green for final 5 Minutes of Mary
