Warm up (all in cadence):

·         We moseyed to Lake Norman Charter

·         We warmed up, stretched some and go after it

The Thang:

4 corners around Lake Norman Charter (5 laps):

·         Corner 1: 10 pull-ups

·         Corner 2: 30 dips

·         Corner 3: 20 merkins

·         Corner 4: 40 LBCs

·         When done, circled up for Mary

·         Moseyed to Davidson UMC

 

Pick a Partner for DORA

·         Partner A runs to the dumpsters and back, Partner B does the exercise, when partner A gets back, they switch

·         Cycle 1: 100 V-ups (after each 15, 3 broad-jump burpees)

·         Cycle 1: 200 hand-release merkins (after each 15, 3 broad-jump burpees)

·         When done, circled up for Mary

·         Quick 5 minutes of Pain Lab

·         Moseyed back to the Green for final 5 Minutes of Mary

 

Moleskin:

·         29 of Davidson’s finest met on a weathery morning: 14 of the 29 were respects.  It was rainy and my iPhone is not yet IP68 so I asked that the PAX shoot me a quick note to their left and right, those that did are recorded.  FNG1 = Cheesy Puffs, FNG2 = Stalker
