Warmorama:

20 SSH IC
15 Imperial Storm Troopers IC
15 Cotton Pickers IC
10 Merkins IC

Act 1:

Mosey to ramp and partner up

100 merkins – Partner 1 does 10 merkins while Partner 2 planks.  Flip flop and repeato up to 100 reps.
Both partners run lap up ramp across parking lot, down stairs back to start.
200 LBCs – #1 does 20 LBCs while #2 holds legs straight out 6" off ground.  Flip flop and repeato until 200 reps.
Both partners run lap up ramp across parking lot, down stairs back to start.
300 squats – #1 does 30 squats while #2 holds Al Gore.  Flip flop and repeato until 300 reps.  Run lap.

DeepDish Death March around Birkdale parking area and around to rock pile.  Last man in line drops and does 5 merkins then sprints to the front.

Grab a rock and mosey to parking lot for Act 2, all done in single count:

10 full curls
10 shoulder presses
10 skull crushers
Move to the right 3 spaces and repeato x 2

5 Burpees OYO – Shaken
