THE THANG
-Mosey to the back so each PAX can grab a block, return to LZ.
-Stack the blocks at one end of the parking lot.
-One PAX moves block across the parking lot while others do an exercise:

*Burpees
*Low Country Crabs (Tony Cakes)
*Jump Ups on curb
-Big Hill Run

*Started the workout with 4 and ended with 6. SVU Style.
*Not having a Q worked out nice. It was nice to Q again. It has been awhile.
*The PAX feared a trip to the stairs was coming. Not this time…..
*Turns out I forgot what a Tony Hawk was.
*Shaker tried Jedi mind tricks on the Q by turning toward the baby hill instead of the big hill. Not going to work.
*YHC has been running too much. Arms are weak.
* Someone's bowels were angry.
