Recovering from Shock!


10 PAX posted to Water Wings!  First time double digit numbers.  At this rate, we may need to build an F3 pool.   The Q took 24 hours to come out of shock in order to write the BB.  

The Thang

400 warm up

4 x 50 catch up drill down, swim back

4 x 150 swim 

8 x 50 swim fast down swim back

400 round robin (like a reverse Indian run.  swimmers circle swim, at the end of each 50, the lead swimmer stops and drops to the end of the line. The drill is good practice for drafting in open water)
