Oh, hello there basiners, I didn't see you come in.  Today I will inform you of the details of our weekly thursday routine.  Not because it was all that special or because I would encourage you to copy it for future use, no, I post this for a different reason.  A former Nantan once told me (after he Qd Recover) that he wasn't going to post a backblast for that lame a$$ workout (meaning recover).  That former Nantan's name is Tater Nutz.  Since then, I have always enjoyed posting a backblast for such a workout as this.  Again, not that it is for inspiration or to be duplicated, but just because its what you do.  So this one is for you Tater Nutz!

0410: I woke up, and it was not good

0430: BEP arrives and waits

0431: YHC arrives and realizes its still cold

0432: we take off for 2 miles of 2ndF running

0455: we socialize with the fast guys

0500: we stretch on the new synthetic turf at birkdale and enjoy the time before it smells like dog feces.

0530: we continue conversation with coffee and are joined by many other cheerful patrons to discuss life, liberty and the mocking of Tater Nutz.
