3 men gathered this morning, all sore from Palmetto with the purpose of getting some slowsy in to work on those muscles

Warm up run to fence loop

IST X 15

SSH X 15

Mtn climber X 15

Toy Soldier X 15

Carrot Tugger X 15

Slowsy to bottom of hill

Side shuffle up hill, flip flop 1/2 way

10 Merkins OYO

Slowsy to bottom of hill

Up hill buttkickers half way, high knees the rest

10 Merkins OYO

Slowsy to bottom of hill

Quadraphelia up hill

10 Merkins OYO

Slowsy down hill

Regular up the hill

Run back to school, lap around lot and onto stretching

Tough getting running shoes on this AM and getting going, glad we were all in for some seriously slow miles.  Covered about 2 miles in total.  Happy Birthday BEP!!!  And thank you for leading that stretching, it was exactly what my body needed, and not even close to my specialty. And of course its always good running with Turnpike, hope this AM fit the your plan too.  Gentlemen have a great week, hope to see you at Fallout tomorrow.
