Side shuffle up hill, flip flop 1/2 way

Up hill buttkickers half way, high knees the rest

Slowsy down hill
Regular up the hill
Run back to school, lap around lot and onto stretching

Tough getting running shoes on this AM and getting going, glad we were all in for some seriously slow miles. Covered about 2 miles in total. Happy Birthday BEP!!! And thank you for leading that stretching, it was exactly what my body needed, and not even close to my specialty.
