Bring your Bellz to the white line at the bottom of the parking lot for Bellz Suicides
First line do 5 reps, second line do 10 reps, 3rd line do 15 reps, last line do 20 reps
We did the same exercise for one whole round and then Zamparinied back down to the bottom. The exercises we did were:
curls, overhead press, skull crushers, bent over rows, chest press, and side winders
We got through almost two rounds
MARY:
10 Scissor crunches each side IC
20 LBC IC
10 Preztal Crunches IC
10 In and Out IC
1 complete round of protractors
