Sonar joined us for the Warm-up and MARY. He got about 3 miles in between.

The Thang

Bring your Bellz to the white line at the bottom of the parking lot for Bellz Suicides

First line do 5 reps, second line do 10 reps, 3rd line do 15 reps, last line do 20 reps

We did the same exercise for one whole round and then Zamparinied back down to the bottom. The exercises we did were:

curls, overhead press, skull crushers, bent over rows, chest press, and side winders

We got through almost two rounds

MARY:

10 Scissor crunches each side IC

20 LBC IC

10 Preztal Crunches IC

10 In and Out IC

1 complete round of protractors

Reflection:

If you keep your eyes focused on God when you go through a rut he will pull you through it.

This piggy backs Sparrow's reflection on his VQ. Great work the other day

I had this BB typed up and done on Friday and then lost it all. I may have forgotton some of the M/C

Boucher sorry we didn't do your favorite Kettle Bellz swings. Can't wait for your VQ in February. 

The average age was a little higher today, but you couldn't tell. Everyone put in a great effort
