The Red Baron workout is based on a 1960’s song of the same name with the line:
10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or more. . . the Bloody Red Baron was rollin’ up the score!”
So we start off with sets of 10 reps, then 20, 30, 40, and 50. Today we only did three exercises, so 150 reps each of push-ups, X’s and Ohs, and bear squats. In between each set we ran 1/8 or 1/4 mile so we got in 2.5 miles as well as a warmup and Marys.
Any participant who didn’t modify (losing some pax here) and kept good form (losing even more) will be sore on Sunday. That’s what happens when you go up against the Red Baron and live to tell the tale.
The Q had to rush home to pressure clean 300 feet of fence, spread mulch, and run a book sale in his front yard (that raised $105 of Operation Sweet Tooth, BTW), so no coffee for me. Presumably some fellowship occurred at Starbucks AT&T.
