Started off nice and easy with some mosey and warm up exercises. Then we got into the thang;
Standard PT Test:
2 Minutes Max Pushups with a goal of 55
2 Minutes Max Situps with a goal of 65
Max Pullups with a goal of 6. If the Pax couldn't do a pull up YET, then they hung from the bar for maximum amount of time, goal 1 minute.
Mosey around the parking lot then back to get our cinder blocks.
Curls, skull crushers, squats, chest press, then reverse.
Mosey some more
Single arm rows, bent over row, shoulder press, repeato!
Snake Eyes led the PAX in some shoulder touch 'mercans to finish off the blast
We then put up our blocks and finished off with a round robin of MARY!
Flutterkicks, pretzel crunches, leg lifts, and extension crunches from Soprano finished off our workout.
Humidity was insance and there was much sweating.
