6 salty-dogs sallied forth on a perfect morning to put their true grittiness on display for the world to see. Well, maybe not the whole world, but at least the people at the True Grit AO, and since we were the only people stirring at the True Grit AO, we put our true grittiness on display for each other to see. Here's what I recall:
Warm-up mosey with forward running, carioca, backward running, power skips, etc for a few hundred yards. Some IHOP's over to the fountain where we circled up to start the painfulness.

Mosey to the Goatmobile for the NPR (thanks for the ride fellas)
We're at the bars… let's do 50 in 5. Ouch.
Mosey to the wall for wall-ups with an scending squat ladder up to 10.
Mosey to blocks for 200 yard famer carry with stops along the way for pax choice.
Zamperini walk to lawn for Block Webb pyramid with a 1:4 ratio up to 20 and back down. Ouch.
Zamperini walk to stow blocks.

Moleskine:
Congrats to Ty Webb for his 180 yard hole-in-one. Apparently he drained it from long distance. Nothing but hole. Nice.
The pax were red pill gluttons this morning. After an upper-body beatdown extraordinaire, YHC gave them pax choice during the famer carry, and they continued to smash the upper body, to include Caboose's curl-athon Ty Webb's offering of "deep, dark push-ups". Y'all are glorious bastards… and thanks to MonkeyNut for finally ending the carnage.
Those wall-ups are sneaky.
That was the first run of the NPR in the new-to-me Goatmobile.
Frogger left it all on the field with the Block Webbamid. BZ sir. I love that effort.
Uncle Rico just crushes it every morning.
It was good morning gents. Thanks for coming out. Aye.
