THE THANG:
YHC presented the 3 and 4 mile offerings to the pax. Pfffft…no one wanted an easy 3 miles. Everyone went for the 4 miler at their own pace but find a buddy to run with. Ran down Catawba and took a left onto Norman View Ln (into Birkdale neighborhood), then down Sandowne to BCP and back through Birkdale Village to Robbins Park…or something similar.
