  • FNG-1 today was Elijah. Since this was his second post, he qualifies for an F3 name. Although I was told that there would be no math involved, the following formula was used

    • 704 is Elijah’s dad

    • The product of ½ multiplied by 704 = 352

    • Welcome 352 to MIL F3!

  • Apparently Kruggerand resembles a human trafficker and if you ever plan to visit South Africa with your kids, beware of the pipeline of children being smuggled out of the US and into South Africa. oh, and bring your birth certificate

  • But his dropping of his F3 nickname in the country really helped smooth things over with the local authorities

  • Release the Hounds was a veiled reference to Sprintervals. The Urban dictionary also provides an alternate translation that is akin to “dropping the kids off at the pool”. It’s a family show, you need to do a little work for it

  • You never actually know what kind of workout you are gonna get. Last week’s cinder block workout was not a great first workout for 352, and the Sprintervals are not exactly what 704 would have requested.Great job tho

  • Sounds like Grip had a lot of fun in Europe including Gay Paris

  • Sounds like Natty had a whole heckuva lot of fun this weekend on his concert bender.

  • Sounds like the crazy mutha ruckers of Arizona and HamBone did not finish their 30 mile ruck in first, but they were definitely not last

  • Discussion of the potential for F3 LKN convergence on July 4th at North Meck Park (16131 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville). They are featuring Bootcamp + Games, with 2nd F to follow (location TBD, but they have mentioned Primal Brewery). The MIL F3 crew will meet at the Overlook Clubhouse (Cobalt) at 6:30 am on Thursday July 4th to carpool up there.  If nobody is there when you get there, drive yourself on up there

  • Also discussion of potential BBQ and beerverage gathering on a Saturday. Options for the gathering included the Riverbend pool (kegs and ‘cue in the lot) or at Grip’s house
