Starting at the bottom of the new tennis courts PAX will do an exercise while one PAX runs to the top. Continue until all PAX has done their hill run then do a lil baby lap together. Repeat Repeato

Round 4 – OH Press
Round 5 – Rows
Round 6 – Alternating Lunges
Round 7 – Trifectas
Put your rock up, then do a reverse capri lap back to Launchpad

Today is National Repeat Day…PAX was asked to find something good for someone else and repeat that throughout the day.
