I intended to rehash some of the work this week, to push the reps by leveraging time and challenge our internal rep count. I think that worked. Unfortunately never made it to the speed session. Lots of good MC and general shenanigans. Grateful for the pax, their enthusiasm and motivation they bring to the game.
