Included 80 yards of rock squat-to-press, uphill-broad-jump burpees, full range pull-ups, sprints, hand-release merkins, kettlebell snatchs, bear crawling, crawl bearing, and a boatload of Mary exercises. Everyone worked hard and resisted the urge to cheat on the uphill-broad-jump burpees. Benefits to come.
