6 of Mountain Island's finest appeared for a F3 Classic Workout (Audible called by Q)

The Thang:
Q originally had planned a HIIT workout for this fine morning, but looking at this group of strapping young men, decided to go for some distance and workout, thus called the Vern audible
Mosey to front park about 1 mile
3 sets of the following:
- 10 pull ups
- run 60 yrds
- 20 dips
- run 60 yrds
- 25 mercans
- run 60 yrds
- 30 LBC's
- run 60 yrds
Mosey back to base about 1 mile
Moleskin:
- Bulls on parade had the Q's left cheek a little sore and tight, stretching was definitely a necessity this morning.
- Q continued with Grip'rs theme of some running from the Quarry Hood workout from Saturday. However, it didn't end with the "fire in the hole" like it did on Saturday! We didn't need a Safeword, we needed a safe place, LOL!
- Evidently, no F3'ers in this group know any residential pressure washer's
- It's almost completely daylight when we finish…It's great seeing the sun come up during our workouts
- Definitely a good workout with a great group of men. It was an honor to be there this am.
