5 Guys out for a Classic F3 Workout!

Warmorama:

Run a mile to the front park

The Thang:

  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • run 50 yrds
  • 20 Dips
  • run 50 yrds
  • 25 Merkins
  • run 50 yrds
  • 30 LBC's 
  • run 50 yrds

Pax did 4 sets of the above exercises.

Run 1 mile back to base

Moleskin:

  • Pax got re-aquainted with a classic F3 workout.  One workout that the Q used to experience about once every month to two months, mixed in with the Murph.  
  • Usually the Vern is 5 sets, we're getting better with 4 accomplished today.  
  • A lot of filibustering going on by Oktoberfest, working on recruitment strategies with Shaft, using Shaft's broken femur as a tactic to decrease intensity on exercises.   
  • Shaft is stronger/ better/ and faster, like the "Six Million Dollar Man"!  
  • Shaft has been one of the most consistent to post of the pax, strong work Shaft!
  • Q was very predictable with workout routine, no fooling the wise pax…
  • New F3 names made today,  here are some that were ranted out during the workout:  Pelosi for Oktoberfest, Giddy up, and Shank for Shaft?
