12 Gamers of F3 showed some spirit and gumption as they plowed through this beatdown. Sweat was flowing for sure !

Warmorama: windmill, slow squat, merican, toy soldier, side straddle hop
1 – Partner push to mid island, partner pull to next island, partner throw down for each pax, flap jack & repeato
2 – Speed variations with 25% to mid island, 50% to next island, wrap around corner for 75%, then sprint, head back with 100-75-50-25 to cool down
3 – Tire flipping two lines facing each other, two flips per pax for two rounds
4 – Partner pull ups & chin ups. 3 sets of 5 pullups with partners making sure to spot for clean sets
5 – Cackalacka Choo Choo – plank in a line then pax bunny hop over feet of each down the line, 2 sets
6 – Jump rope for 50 in middle of circle for each pax with remaining pax doing various exercises
7 – Merican time bomb starting at 8 mericans and heading down

Good turnout of 12 made partner beatings perfect with size mattering.
Started to rain but God lightened up on us to avoid the slickness & heavier beating allowed.
F3 is more than an early workout ! Helping Crab Legs do yard work during his families time of need, Gathering with Operation Sweet Tooth at Walmart to buy over $1,600 worth school supplies, head to F3 Dad's camp to get closer to our 2.0s and F3 friends, and meeting for coffee to fill up our souls for the day with 2nd F.
Important to seek out all 3 Fs for sure ! It works if you work it !
