YHC hadn’t Q’d Viking in a while so grabbed the Q on this beautiful Tuesday morning. Blackbeard and Canuck left to mall-walk, which left 5 of us to mosey through the park.
Warmorama included a quick lap around the parking lot, SSH, IST, Toy Solider, Slow windmill, Long Snapper.
Mosey into the park and find the upper picnic tables for incline merkins, dips, step ups, calf raises, slow squats.
Mosey to the rock pile near the tennis courts, grab a rock and partner up. Head to the bottom of the hill for Dora. Partner 1 runs the hill while partner 2 does the following:
100 skullcrushers
200 goblet squats
200 curls
With 1 week left of March Madness and YHC alma mater in the final 4 for both the men’s and women’s tournament, felt it would be good karma to get some work done on the basketball courts. 3 rounds of suicides with Merkins in between.
Mosey back up the hill headed to home base with a stop for some mobility.
Mary included pretzel crunch, low flutter and Suzanne Summers.

Couldn’t have asked for better weather this morning. We covered 1.82 miles by my watch and everyone got after it. Nice to have Out Cold join us at Viking. Rumor has it he is looking to start running more so hope to see you out there! Prayers for DJ Burn’s avoiding foul trouble against Zach Edey. Rumor has it he already picked up his second foul.
