PAX partner up. P1 runs that amount of laps (~1/10 mile) around the flag pole while P2 performs AMRAP exercise. Flap jack.
1=all PAX run 1 lap, 2-5 each PAX run that amount each round, 6=all PAX spplit it and run 3 laps each
Round 1-Curls and 5 laps per
Round 2-Squats and 2 laps per
Round 3-Pull unders & switch to Rows at lap 3…5 was rolled and Q omaha'd to 2 exercises when >3 rolled
Round 4-6 was rolled so all PAX ran 3 laps together
Round 5-Block tractor push (push block on pavement until partner returns) and 2 laps per
Round 6-6 or 4, no it's a re-roll and 1 is rolled so all PAX run 1 lap
Since it was a PAX favorite (Thanks Turnpike), we Block tractor push back to the gravel entrance, then pick up our blocks to return them.
