Warm Up

Mountain Climbers IC x 20

Toy Soldiers IC x 10

Hill Billy Walkers IC X 10

22 Merkins for the active service members and vets

Calf Raises  IC x 15 (2 sets)

The Main Event

Kettle Bell Suicides – 10 Curls IC at the bottom of the parking lot and mosey up the hill to the first line, do 2 burpees and mosey back.  10 more Curls IC and mosey to the second line, do 2 burpees  and mosey back.   10 more Curls IC and mosey to the third line, do 2 burpees and mosey back.  10 more Curls IC and mosey to the top of the parking lot and do 2 burpees.

Mosey to the tables by the new tennis courts and do 10 step ups each leg.

Mosey back to the kettle bells.

Rinse and repeat the above with shoulder presses, head knockers, upright rows and dead lifts.

Back to the stairs for more calf raises.

End with Mary.
