The Thang:

The warmup consisted of a quick mosey to the cinder blocks to kick off the workout, which included:

Station 1: 15 World War 2 situps

Station 2: 15 curls (in cadence), 25 low flutters w/ chest press (IC) + station 1

Station 3: mosey to the top of the hill, 15 CDDs (IC), 25 crunchy frogs (IC), + stations 2 & 1

The Mobility Minute

Station 4: 15 skull crushers (IC), 25 mason twists (IC) + stations 3, 2 & 1

Station 5: mosey to the top of the hill, 15 8 ct. body builders, 25 pillow talk (IC) + stations 4, 3, 2 & 1

Moseyed back to home base and finished with all of the above Mary x 10 (IC)
