10 men of Isotope ran the River Rat. It was awesome. There was no burpee ball. But there was talk of tacos, coffee, swimming, and running. That was all before the run. It was weird to see a gathering of incogs without their fearless leader. Good to get a run with Honeybee this morning. Heal up brother. Also fun to catch up with the incogs after coffee.
