Apologies for the late backblast.
5 men set out to do the River Rat 10k on Saturday. TBone decided his foot wouldn't make it, but gets his name on the backblast anyway because he's on my BRR team and I like him.
Everyone else not only completed the run, but stayed for more. 98 Degrees and 9 Lives stayed for Excelsior for YHC's Q there. Black Eyed Pea grabbed some coffee but came back for The Estate at 0700.
