Rock Slamming audible at Isotope

Event Date

AO

The original plan was to get busy on the soccer fields. Due to the volume of rain less than 30hrs before and the sub-freezing temps, YHC decided an icey workout was not necessary. Then looking around at the number of PAX at 0655 a mention of subbing the workout for a trip to Waffle House was made. Thankfully Capone showed up and accountability set in so we took off on an audible adventure.

Mosey'd to basketball courts for a warm-up of SSH, Merkins, Cotton Picker, IST, Mountain Climber, Windmill, Big Baby Crunch and some graceful Yoga.

Mosey'd to the playground equipment looking for pull-up options. None found so Merkins and LBCs were subbed.

Mosey'd to concession stand looking for second breakfast attempt. All we found were Step-ups, Dips, Balls to the Wall and a People's Chair.

Mosey'd to rock pile trying to build a good base. We found a series of Curls (low, high and full), Chest Press, Upright Row, and Skull Crusher. Thinking the PAX were stressed Q granted a series of Rock Slams and Heismans. This was fun!

Mosey'd to bottom of trail for Merkins, Big Baby Crunch and 1min Plank.

Mosey'd to top playground for Squats, Australian Pull-ups, Planks and Knees to Chest.

Mosey back to Shovel Flag and dance with Mary. LBCs and Shoulder Touch Merkins.

Thanks to Metallica for taking us out this morning.

Small number but 2nd F was great. Many times it is more important than the workout.

Thanks to The Count for his prolonged discussion of how to find a small engine repair contact. Well played.

Good to see Capone back in the gloom. Good work brother!

Merry Christmas to all my brothers in F3. I will miss you all this week. I pray that you and your families are continually blessed this season and that we are all able to be a blessing to those around us.
