- mosey 0.5 mile

Mosey above was in a circle basically in the form of a hurricane.
Finished mosey in Parking Lot and Q set up 6 stations:
- ab roller
- handled mercans
- box cutters
- curls with 25 lbs dumbbells
- kettlebell swing 30lb
- bent over flies 15lb dumbbells
Pax did 10 reps single count at each station for 3 rounds
4th and last round Pax did 15 reps at each station.

- did you say Ab roller? What! This was definitely a hit, wow! Natty said he was going to bring his thigh master to the next workout!
- Coolness inspired some of the pax to get leg warmers out pretty soon. LOL! Q suggested ankle weights too!
