Rockin’ at the Mighty Jumgle


17 Pax rocked it out at the Mighty Jungle

A rockin' playlist was filling airwves specifically designed for the old and young (mostly old) at the Mighty Jungle 

Warm o rama –  sude straddle hops, imperial storm troopers, mountain climbers, windmills

Mosey around parking lot and picked up the blocks and set them down at one of the 

Four corners which consisted of 4 excercises doing as many as possible up to 50 max

Corner 1  –  300 Curls Lunge walk to pull-up bars

Corner 2   –  100 Pullups – bear crawl/mosey 

Corner 3  –  200 Merkins – sprint

Corner 4 – 300 Jump squats – sprint

Block o Rama  – Shoulder presses, lawn mowers and chest presses

Low flutter

Mosey put blocks away.  Mosey to wall

Ascending wall jumps sprint to incline Merkin.  Start at 1 and ascend to 5

2 minutes of peoples chair with air presses thrown in
