  • Fly Hip Ups / Bench Flutter / Bridge Fly
  • Bent Row Fly / Tricep Kickbacks / Wing Fly

Moleskin:

  • Grip is on a roll with the number of workouts!  Strong work, catching Slow Roll.
  • Stories about the Ville to Ville Relay.  What a blast and great time with great men! 
  • Natty enjoying returning to the office instead of working from home.  Natty says we may not realize that he's more charming in person!  He definitely was a blast to hang out with this last weekend.
  • Evidently biking is a great exercise to calm the sore legs after a run in the mountains.
  • Working out to the beat of the music, thanks Natty for the tunes.
  • Pax determined that Pinky has a new entrance song at his office, Dr. Love, by Kiss
