Wow what a humid morning in the gloom! 3 clydesdales came out for a standard run including Bae, Titan and YHC. Titan had an early morning thang so he did not make it to the workout.

Run over to the picnic tables-
- Dips
- Incline Merkins
- Decline Merkins
Run over to the rock pile and grab non-traveling rock ;)~. Next up the PLOP (parking lot of pain). Each parking space +1 rep to 13 reps total at the end. The following were performed –
- Curls
- Squats
- Overhead press
- Skull Crushers
- 8 Count Burners
- Return to COT run-
