Wow what a humid morning in the gloom! 3 clydesdales came out for a standard run including Bae, Titan and YHC. Titan had an early morning thang so he did not make it to the workout.

THE THANG

Run to convience stand, each pax around building with next exercise upon return –

  • Peoples chair
  • Peoples chair w/ seal clap
  • Preying Mantis
  • Preying Mantis (1x step back)
  • Peoples chair w/ touch them heels
  • Peoples chair w/ touch them inner heels
  • Preying Mantis
  • Preying Mantis (1x step back)

Run over to the picnic tables-

  • Dips
  • Incline Merkins
  • Decline Merkins

Run over to the rock pile and grab non-traveling rock ;)~.  Next up the PLOP (parking lot of pain). Each parking space +1 rep to 13 reps total at the end. The following were performed –

  • Curls
  • Squats
  • Overhead press
  • Skull Crushers
  • 8 Count Burners
  • Return to COT run-
