  • 20 SSH
  • 15 IST

  • 10 Merkins

Mosey to rock pile. Partner up and grab one rock per team. Dora with a twist. 

  • 100 Merkins 

    • P1 – Merkins, P2 – Run around traffic circle, flip flop

  • 200 LBC's

    • P1 – LBC's, P2 – Run around traffic circle, flip flop

  • 300 Squats

    • P1 – Squats, P2 – Run around traffic circle, flip flop

  • The Twist = carry the rock while running around the traffic circle. Rock never hits the ground!
