Walk down toward restrooms

5 mericans 

 

Run to top of the hill for a Mary exercise. 

 

25 WWII sit ups

 

Run back to rocks

 

Repeat but increase by 5 count

 

At top of the hill do each round

 

25 count mason twist

25 count low flutter 

25 count LBC 

15 count crunchy frog (wanted to do more but abs said no)

25 count LBC 

11 Horner to Marge

15 count Rosaletas (Staple’s choice)

10 count each leg pretzel crunch

 

Repeat in descending order 

 

Put rocks away. 

 

Mosey back to the parking lot. 

 

Plank then two sets of 5 mericans 

4 burpees

 

Recover Recover 

 

For a couple of minutes I thought I was going to be working out solo until Caboose showed up with five minutes to spare.  Coffee & doughnuts were briefly discussed until MoopDog arrived.   Stapler rolled in with seconds to spare before take off. 

 

Music choice was 90’s Rock (Caboose) but Alexa didn’t seem to wake up this morning so there was no music just friendly chatter.  Once the pax got rolling and breaking a sweat everyone heard a bathroom hand dryer start blowing.  Probably would have never heard it if we had music playing.  The pax was glad they had a rock for just in case. Roxie was no help for protection as she only worried about retrieving a tennis ball she had found.  The dryer went off again then finally a lady walked out and disappeared into the dark. 

 

Good work to everyone this morning.  Glad to have the cool temperatures back.
