Rocks and Blocks


Ten for The Sword on a hot August morning. 

Standard warmarama.

The Thang:

Blocks:
• Overhead press
• Lawn mowers
• Curls
• Tailwaggers

Run to rocks stopping for twenty merkins halfway

Rocks:
• Skull crusher
• Bent over row
• Squat
• Russian twist
• Dot the i

Run back to blocks stopping for twenty merkin halfway

We did this twice and then did some pull ups, followed by mobility and then we ended with the J-lo 

The mumble chatter was on point as always!  You could tell Popcorn and Crocs hadn’t seen anybody in a couple of days.
