Warm up: ssh 20x, ist 10x, slow squat 10x, inch worm w merkin 10

the Thang: Mosey to the horseshoe hill, grab rock and partner up.  While one partner did the exercise the other partner ran up the hill Backwards (quadrafilia).  Rock press, drydock, full rock curl, high rock curl, rock skull crusher, dips, rock chest press, merkins, mason twist, W with rock, alt lunge w rock, rock squat. Pledge, merkins, mosey back.
