Several of the Viking regulars were pleased to welcome Tiny Dancer to our private soiree in the gloom, and hopefully it did not disappoint!

We started the workout with a little traveling activation — knee pulls, quad pulls, frankensteins, lunges, etc. and then moseyed to the entrance to NMP for IST, long snapper, peter parker, parker peter, windmills, and slow squats. 

Mosey to the nearest rock pile where we did some chest press, squats, curls, shoulder press, etc. and took a lap around the lot. We repeated some of those, took a second lap, then moseyed to the main rock pile.

We picked rocks for combo exercises: squat to press, dead lift to curl, pullover to chest press, pullover to crunch up, and 8-count burners.

Mosey back to launch for Mary, which included low dolly, rosalita, and pretzel crunch.

Counts varied for everything, but typically 10-15 range.

Canuck took us out, and 3 out of 5 went to coffeeteria, where we were joined by Chilly Willy.

Hippie has a trip to Florida today — safe travels!
