the thang:

run thru brikdale neighborhood to Robbins park neighborhood 

diamond merkins 15x, alt backward lunge 20, scorpion dry dock 20x

run to rock pile at Robbins park

Rock curls 15x, rock squats 20x, rock presses 15x

run to Kenton place fountain

man maker merkin 20x, dips 15x, alt forward lunge 20

run back to home base for a 5K total run

Moleskins:

we had to run around the circle to start to wait for Dallas who was late

titan also made a late appearance and tried to get a little too close and did not social distance

pax were not happy with burpee as a warm up exercise 

frogger tried to give hippie a math addition lesson every time we did alt lunge

nice variety of pace from sub 8 on up
