6 brave men assembled at Rock Springs Nature Preserve Lakeside Church for 5ish miles in the HEAT. We headed down Pine Ridge Rd to Windy Pine Circle, trespassed on Ivy Run Ln, back to Bordeaux, finally returning to Lakeside.

Shakeweight actually slowed his pace down so that we could keep up for the heat
Mater actually enjoyed the route even though it had so many hills
Einhorn was up at 3 feeding and changing his lil boy, so he decided to join in on some fun
Clickbait finished strong as if the heat did not bother him, then proceeded to tell us that he likes running in the summer more than the winter, Thumbs down on that.
Jigsaw toughed out a knee injury to still get in 3 plus miles
