19 Pax total turned out for Wednesday's The Revolt run in Davidson.
After YHC's Tuesday afternoon consternation over the name for this previously unnamed route while looking at multiple images and trying to find a match (Stealth, Bat, Boomerrang, Video Game Controller, etc) the lightbulb finlly came on and the name was solified: "The Rorschach Route"!
Starting at the Big Hemlock on the Davidson Green, turn RIGHT onto Concord Rd., to a RIGHT on Kimberly, RIGHT on Hudson, RIGHT on Partick Johnson, RIGHT on Pine, LEFT on Avinger, LEFT onto the Greenway, LEFT onto South Street, through the covered bridge, RIGHT on Old Canal St., RIGHT on 115 and continue back onto Main St. to finish at the Big Hemlock on the Green.
The Rorschach Route allows each Pax to decide for themselves what the Strava image of the route looks like to them. Very Davidsonian, right?
Great job to all who showed up and sweated though today's route (the humidity is back!). Special shout-outs to Tiny (back after a loooong time traveling internationally and not regularly running) and Whirlie who finally accepted the invitation and showed up for his first ever The Revolt run!
