2nd Plan: Rotation Station

Two groups at each end of parking lot

  • Top group Merkins and Burpees

  • Bottom group WWI

  • Traveling between groups is Bear Crawls AND Crawl Bears

5 rounds of shoulder fun.

 

3rd Plan: Pull-up Max

5 Burpees then Max Pull-ups

4 Burpees then Max Pull-ups

  • Great seeing everyone today.  I miss you guys when I fartsack.  

  • Even late, Clark post.  Good lesson and great example of persevering.

  • Metro gets a preworkout workout, then still smokes everyone else (well, everyone except maybe clark).  

  • Skipper is very quiet this morning, must have changed his eating habits.

  • As always, good to get some Dandelion time this morning.  

  • Could of done with a little less complaining about how sore they still were from Tuesday’s Metro beat down.  It’s two days ago, get over it.

  • Enjoyed this morning.  Sound off in comments on missed mumble chatter.
