WARMUP

 

THE THANG

-Mosey to bleachers

-Split into two groups

-Group 1 does exercise while group two runs a lap

 

-Exercises:

  *Jump ups – 3 burpees each step down

   *Jump ups- 3 merkins each step down

   *Jump ups – 3 Carolina dry docks each step down

   *Jump ups- 3 jump squats each step down

   *Jump ups- 5 WW1’s each step down

 

-Laps:

  * Normal mosey

   *backwards

   *High knees in turns

   *Sprint straight away

 

MOLESKIN

-7 for a Monday/Runday…not bad.

-YHC had to make it up on the fly. My plan to make a plan fell through yesterday when the oldest got sick. Spent the night trying to control his fever/crying. Almost pulled a (unnamed pax) and missed my own Q.

-Bertha survived a Mully Q injury free. Even the burpees! Says it is him not me. Hear that before.

-Mater continues his streak of 1,383,825 consecutive post. (Slight exaggeration maybe)

-Great effort by all out there today. For low 50’s I sure saw a lot of sweat puddles on the bleachers, and popcorn.

-Backwards laps are fun.
