Moleskin:
1) Tclaps to Tantrum, Turnpike & Perrier for joining me for 2.5miles of #TheStandard prior to getting things started.
2) Halflife is growing in popularity. I'm excited to see everybody coming out! 15 pax in February is a great number. Can't wait to see what it looks like when BRR season gets here!
3) Great to see you, Bijoux, back at Halflife and at your second running workout of the week (Fireball). You were a Halflife regular when I first started a few years ago. See you next week?
4) We had a self naming of Lettuce Wrap's FNG father today – Lost In Space. I think we all know the rules on that. Will be interested to see if it sticks, but couldn't dispute it since we were running late. For now, TClaps & RESPECT (59) to Lost in Space!
5) Look for our Interval training to begin moving to longer intervals and the mileage to pick up as we move through the marathon training program. This is great for you whether you're training for a marathon or not, but will eventually require us to adjust the starting time. Be on the lookout for that in the coming weeks.
Until next time,
Kumquat
