There was much mumblechatter on Slack early Wedneday morning about how the US Men's National Soccer Team didn't qualify for the upcoming World Cup in Russia summer 2018. Much to chagrin of the American football and baseball fans there were a few of us (mostly Freepass and I) that were genuinely distraught. So I thought it appropriate to take my frustrations out this morning with a good old fashion sandbag complex workout. I called it Round The World, which clearly the US won't be this summer. So for you soccer fans enjoy. Soccer arm season is now over…

T-Claps to Usain and Hummer for enduring my frustration fully knowing it wasn't really that big a deal, just YHC bringing some levity to a sucky sandbag toss workout. And yes, Goalies do have to be in shape but no soccer player loves to run. Prayers for our Brothers that couldn't join us, Prayers for our first responders and military home and downrange. Thanks for the opportunity to lead this morning.
